Dickie Rosenberger Memorial Scholarship

Born on May 22, 1963, to Richard C. Rosenberger and Virginia Nobbe, Richard G. “Dickie” Rosenberger Jr. had a love for life. He was an easygoing, lighthearted individual who faced each day with a smile on his face.

Dickie was married to Trisha Graf on July 27, 1984. The couple went on to have two children; a son, Blake, and a daughter, Brittany. After working as a butcher for many years, Dickie began his career as an electrician. He worked for several companies before venturing out to establish his own business, Reliable Electric.

Dickie passed away unexpectedly on September 20, 2010. With memorials from the recent passing of his father, his family made the decision to establish the Dickie Rosenberger Memorial Scholarship endowment in the Franklin County Community Foundation. After the fund reaches $5000 and income is available, it will provide an annual scholarship to an FCHS graduating senior who plans to study in a technical related field.
