Mary Rosfeld established the Mary & Vernon Rosfeld Scholarship Endowment in 2019 in the Franklin County Community Foundation. The endowment will provide annual scholarships to graduates of Franklin County High School. Primary consideration will be given to financial need and secondary will be given to grade point average.
