The Harvey-Osborn Franklin County Historical Society Endowment was established in 2002 by the Franklin County Historical Society Board of Directors from the Augusta Harvey Trust. This fund will provide an annual grant to a project or event promoting historical education in Franklin County.

The Fred & Margaret Chappelow Operations Endowment was established in 1999 by Fred and Margaret Chappelow to fund operating expenses of the Franklin County Community
An anonymous donor established this endowment in the Franklin County Community Foundation to support the operations of the Foundation in the creation and cultivation of
