Franklin County Community Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that strives to facilitate a spirit of giving with donors for the improvement of Franklin County. The FCCF manages more than 165 endowed funds. These assets provide funding for the betterment of Franklin County and its residents. The Foundation has built permanent relationships with both donors and charitable entities through grant and scholarship programs.
